About the properties
Bodaioch Hall
The large property sleeping up to 24 people. Open plan kitchen diner, hot tubs, games room and plenty of room for all the family.
Bodaioch Hall is a great property to accommodate all ages, with plenty of reception rooms to occupy all ages and outside games room and covered hot tubs it doesn't matter what the weather has install.
Bodaioch Cottage
This property can sleep up to 11 people but can be booked with Bodaioch Hall for an extra-large gathering, as only 2-minute walk away from each other. Bodaioch cottage is a large cottage with its own private garden with hot tub, games room and log burner.
Ty Berllan
Ty Berllan is the most picturesque property located in the Welsh Hills. Having views to die for, and a hot tub to sit in and enjoy them. Ty Berllan can sleep up to 9 people. Again, with all our other properties it is pet friendly, child friendly and enclosed gardens for plenty of room to run around and have loads of fun.

We are a family of three generations, Dai and Liz, Rich and Sam, and Livvy and Lexy. All working as a team to bring the best experience to our guests.
Buying the farm in May 2020 and converting all properties and land to create a perfect place for families and friends to make the best of memories.
