Bodaioch Hall
Bodaioch Hall sleeps up to 22 guests throughout 10 bedrooms.
This property offers a beautiful bridal suite on request and has the most picturesque private gardens and pond views.
The hall has its own external games room and two hot tubs offering plenty of space to chill and relax what ever the occasion.
Before
Bodaioch Hall was purchased in 2020 as a 200 acre farm that needed restoring. The house was old and needed a whole revamp and the farm needed bringing back to life

August 2021 we managed to open the Hall to our first guests and have never looked back. The gallery below shows the process. Worth all the blood sweat and tears we think!
Bodaioch Cottage
Bodaioch Cottage sleeps up to 11 guests throughout 4 ensuite bedrooms.
The Cottage has its own games room and hot tub offering plenty of space to chill and relax what ever the occasion.
The cottage is only a garden gate away from Bodaioch Hall, so a great place for family over spill if you want large gatherings.

Tyberllan
Tyberllan sleeps up to 9 guests throughout 4 bedrooms.
The Cottage has its own games room and hot tub offering plenty of space to chill and relax what ever the occasion.
Tyberllan is 1.7miles away from the other properties, up in the Welsh hills. It's a perfect place for anyone looking for peace and quiet.
Before
Tyberllan was built on the farm land in 2011, as David's dream house. With the beautiful oak floors and doors and the great open plan flow through rooms it really is a dream house.
During
As the farm became more demanding David couldn't move off the main farm, so Tyberllan was rented out and after 7 years became a beautiful holiday let.
Results
December 2018 Tyberllan opened to the guests and hopes to be open for a long time into the future.
Pwll Glas
Pwll Glas is our new property that sleeps up to 10 guests throughout 5 bedrooms.
The Cottage has its own hot tub and picturesque views, being self contained and offering plenty of space to chill and relax what ever the occasion.
Pwll Glas is 1.4miles away from the other properties and only a 10 minute walk away to the center of Trefeglwys. It is a perfect place for anyone looking for peace and quiet.
Before
Pwll Glas was bought with a farm in 2026. It was a beautiful house that has not needed a lot of work to transform into this beautiful holiday let.
During
With a quick turn around, the property was ready for guests within 3 weeks.
Results
August 2026 our first guests arrived at Pwll Glas and we welcome all our guests in the near and far future.
The Dairy
The Dairy is up and pending. A barn conversion currently under renovation.
With the potential of sleeping up to 18 people, this up to date hall like property is not going to be one you can miss to stay at.
A 5 minutes walk away from the Venue also makes it a great location to stay if your at a wedding or just after a get away in the county.

The Stable is a place where the farmer used to keep his horses. After horses became less of a priority this barn was converted and cattle used to feed in there.
